Turkey Breast In Air Fryer
Cooking a turkey breast in your air fryer is perfect for Thanksgiving for two. This recipe calls for a 1.5 Lb half turkey breast which will feed two people. For a slightly larger holiday feast you will want to use a whole turkey breast and increase the cook time.
Not everyone celebrates Thanksgiving with 30 family members around a giant table. We have an extremely small Thanksgiving gathering at my house; so I will cook a turkey breast, a beef option and/or a small ham. Add a few favorite side dishes and that is our holiday feast.
How Long Does It Take To Cook Turkey Breast In An Air Fryer
A 1.5 Lb bone-in turkey breast takes approximately 35 minutes at 375ºF. You want to cook the turkey to 160ºF. Time will vary depending on the air fryer you use and the thickness of the turkey breast.
You are going to want to use a meat thermometer to properly cook your turkey breast.

- Split Turkey Breast
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Dried Thyme
- Ground Sage
- Dried Oregano
- Dried Rosemary
How To Cook Turkey Breast In An Air Fryer
- Coat turkey breast with oil. Generously salt front and back.
- Mix garlic powder, thyme, sage, oregano and rosemary. Sprinkle onto turkey breast front and back. Rub seasoning evenly onto turkey breast.
- Transfer breast side down to greased air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375ºF for 15 minutes. Flip and air fry for 20-25 more minutes or until internal temp reaches 160ºF.
- Let sit 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
