Air Fryer Mushrooms and Garlic
Air Fried Garlic Mushrooms are so easy, delicious and versatile. These mushrooms go well with just about any meal and fit into most specialty diets. These are Keto-friendly, Whole 30, Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian and Low Carb.
These end up similar to sautéed mushrooms and make the ultimate steak-topper!
You can prep the mushrooms however you prefer. I know most instructions say to wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth to clean. Honestly, I have always found that to be unappetizing so I wash my mushrooms thoroughly. This does add a bit more moisture but I’m usually willing to accept that in exchange for clean mushrooms.
How Long Do You Air Fry Mushrooms
This will vary a bit depending on size of mushrooms and the air fryer you use. Generally it will take 10-15 minutes at 375ºF.
Just make sure all the mushrooms are cut to similar sizes so that they cook evenly. Depending on the size of the mushroom I may cut it in quarters, halves or leave the small ones whole.
