How To Cook Sweet Potatoes In Air Fryer
- Peel sweet potatoes then cut into 1″ cubes. Make sure the chunks are all the same size to ensure even cooking.
- Toss sweet potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Add any preferred seasoning as well.
- Transfer sweet potatoes to greased air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400ºF for 10 minutes. Toss then air fry for 10 minutes more or until tender.
