What Can You Cook In An Air Fryer
You can cook a lot of things in your air fryer. Pretty much if it doesn’t run through the holes in your air fryer basket you can probably air fry it. And there are ways around that running through the holes scenario.
My favorite foods to prepare in the air fryer are vegetables, chicken and anything battered. These Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets were a spectacular hit at my house (kids and picky eating adults)!

- Brussels Sprouts
- Olive Oil
How To Make Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
- Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes (optional)
- Trim and halve brussels sprouts.
- Toss sprouts with olive oil and salt.
- Transfer sprouts to greased air fryer basket and air fry at 380ºF for 15 minutes. Toss half way through cooking time.
- Drizzle with a little more oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then serve.
- 1 Lb. Brussels Sprouts
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Preheat air fryer at 380ºF for 5 minutes (optional)
Trim and halve brussels sprouts. (halve lengthwise)
Toss sprouts with 1 Tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Transfer sprouts to greased air fryer basket and air fry at 380ºF for 13-15 minutes. Toss half way through cooking time.
Drizzle with 1 Tablespoon oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then serve.
Increase or decrease cooking time depending on preferred brown crispiness.
