which fryer are you using for this dish? I’m looking to get another one. thanks

I used the Nuwave 10 qt air fryer oven on this recipe. It recently died (after a lot of use) and I am now using a 5 quart COSORI. I’m really liking the COSORI so far.

Can I use uncooked Italian sausage and red potatoes in this recipe?
Nicole says
Yes, the time may need to be changed a bit. Cook until the sausage is cooked through properly.

Wish I had the Costco seasoning blend! Suggestions of rough amount if using garlic, onion powder, pepper, who-knows-what-else? I’ve been so blah about cooking lately so too much carry out. This recipe (from 2019!) woke me up, so thanks!
