Why Make Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer?
Pork tenderloin is a naturally tender and lean cut of meat, but it can easily dry out if overcooked. The air fryer helps solve this by circulating hot air evenly around the meat, sealing in moisture and creating a beautiful crust—no need for breading or heavy oils.
Benefits of using an air fryer:
-
Faster cooking than oven roasting
-
Uses less oil than pan-frying
-
Results in crispy edges and juicy interior
-
Easy cleanup
