Salmon and Broccoli in an Air Fryer is a quick, healthy and easy dinner idea. This low carb air fryer recipe is sure to be a hit because air fried salmon is cooked to perfection.

Cooking Broccoli and Salmon in an Air Fryer

This air fryer dinner recipe is great because it is all cooked together at the same time. No need to stagger cook the main dish and side dish, just toss them both in and cook the same amount of time and temperature.

The broccoli and salmon make the perfect air fryer dinner because they can both be cooked at the same temperature for about the same amount of time. In just 10 minutes you have a super satisfying and healthy dinner.

Is Salmon Good In An Air Fryer

Yes! I have cooked salmon every which way and the air fryer is my favorite method. It is much easier to get good results when cooking salmon in an air fryer plus it only takes 10 minutes.

Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Salmon + Broccoli

  • Salmon Fillet
  • Broccoli
  • Oil
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Lemon
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

How To Cook Broccoli and Salmon In An Air Fryer

  1. Grease air fryer basket.
  2. Coat salmon fillet with oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to air fryer basket.
  3. Trim broccoli then toss with oil, salt and pepper. Arrange in an even layer around salmon fillet.
  4. Air fry at 400ºF for 10 minutes or until salmon is flaky and cooked through. Toss the broccoli once during cook time.
  5. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes.

What Temp Should Salmon Be Cooked To

I usually just eyeball it and cook my salmon until it just begins to flake. The recommended internal temp for cooked salmon is 145ºF. Check out this post for more info: Salmon Cooking Tips

  • 1 Lb Broccoli
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil - divided
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Lemon
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

    1. Grease air fryer basket.
    2. Coat salmon fillet with oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to air fryer basket.
