Air Fried Zucchini Topped With Cheese
This is a super quick and easy side dish to prepare Wirth dinner. Zucchini topped with melty cheese goes well with just about any dish. We are keeping it simple with zucchini, shredded cheese and Italian seasoning. Three ingredients to make a flavorful vegetable side.
Ingredients Needed For Cheesy Stuffed Zucchini (screenshot for grocery list)
- Medium Green Zucchini
- Salt
- Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese
- Dried Italian Season
How To Cook Cheesy Zucchini Boats In An Air Fryer
- Slice zucchini in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the middle seeded portion. Slice down the rounded back of the zucchini so that they will lay flat and not roll around.
- Place zucchini top side down in greased air fryer basket. Air fry at 400ºF for 6 minutes.
- Flip zucchini, sprinkle with salt, top with cheese and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
- Air fry at 400ºF for 4 minutes or until desired doneness.
