Air Fryer Asparagus
This simple asparagus recipe is a super quick and easy side dish. Just fresh asparagus, some simple spices and parmesan cheese.
I use asparagus that is a medium thickness. If thinner decrease cook time. If thicker increase cook time.
Ingredients Needed For Air Fried Asparagus with Parmesan (screenshot for grocery list)
- Asparagus
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Dried Italian Seasoning
- Salt/Pepper
- Shredded Parmesan
How To Cook Asparagus In An Air Fryer
- Mix oil, garlic powder, Italian season, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over asparagus. Toss until evenly coated making sure to generously oil the asparagus tips.
- Transfer asparagus to greased air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400ºF for 10 minutes.
- Toss asparagus then sprinkle shredded parmesan over the top.
- Air fry at 400ºF for 3-5 more minutes or until desired tenderness.

- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning

- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan

- Mix oil, garlic powder, Italian season, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over asparagus. Toss until evenly coated making sure to generously oil the asparagus tips.
