These fritters are so flavorful and a nice change to your regular dinner lineup. The kids will love dipping their chicken fritters in sauce – sort of like an alternative to chicken nuggets. I like them with a nice herby ranch dip. But they are also great with bbq, honey mustard or hot sauce.

AIR FRYER CHICKEN FRITTERS are a super easy, tasty and nutritious dinner idea.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs ground chicken
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 2 sliced green onions
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Line your air fryer tray with parchment paper or spray generously with cooking spray and set aside.
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Form about 16 patties with the mixture and line on a cutting board or baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cooking the patties in batches, place several patties into your air fryer basket and spray the tops with cooking spray. Cook on the air fry setting at 350F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
