How To Cook Sausage In An Air Fryer – Air Fryer Sausage Recipe
I would have to say that air frying is easily the second best way to cook sausage. The first being outside on a wood fire grill, of course.
But, we don’t always have access to a wood grill, or don’t feel like getting the grill started and cooking outside. That is where the air fryer comes in. Get that crisp snappy sausage outside with a juicy and tender inside. That is Air Fried Sausage.
Can You Cook Sausage In An Air Fryer
Yes, absolutely! Especially if you like perfectly cooked sausages.
How Do You Cook Sausage In An Air Fryer
Cooking sausage in your air fryer is about as simple as it gets. Just preheat (really, you could even skip this). Spray the basket (always). Plop those sausages in your air fryer basket and fry ’em up.
That’s it. Like I said wayyyyy easier than outdoor grilling.
Is Air Fried Food Healthy
It depends what you are cooking. Generally speaking, air fried food is healthier because it requires much less oil (if any at all) to get that deep fried affect. I use Paleo Chicken Sausages that do not contain any extra junk. So these air fried sausages are in fact healthy.
