Pizookies are a less tedious way to make cookies. No scooping and baking in batches. Just mix the cookie dough then cook it in your air fryer. Slice, top with whipped cream and serve.

AIR FRYER PIZOOKIE
This AIR FRYER PIZOOKIE is a fun dessert made right in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup red, white, and blue baking chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat again until batter is uniform.
Add baking chips and mix again. - Press dough into a greased air fryer cake barrel pan.
- Air fry at 340F for 13 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 310F and bake for an additional 6 minutes or until center is baked through.
