Corn On The Cob In Air Fryer Oven
Air fryers are perfect for busy families of 4 or less. You can make just enough food in about half the time it would usually take.
Corn on the cob in an air fryer is no different. You don’t have to wait for a giant pot of water to boil. The corn gets juicy inside with a slightly crisp outside. No more water-logged corn cobs.
What Is The Best Way To Cook Corn
We may be biased here 😆 but, my vote is for the air fryer all the way! Grilled corn and oven roasted corn are a close second and third. But the grill has to be prepped and preheated. The oven has to preheat and it takes longer to cook the corn.
So the end result of air fryer corn is best and it also happens to be the easiest. . . bonus!
How To Make Corn On The Cob In An Air Fryer
- Remove husk and silks from corn if necessary.
- Spray air fryer basket with nonstick.
- Brush corn with a small amount of oil. This prevents the outside from drying out. (optional)
- Air fry corn at 400ºF for 7-8 minutes.
- This cook time results in al dente corn on the cob that still has some texture (my preference). Feel free to add 1-2 minutes if you prefer your corn more done.
- Serve topped with butter, salt and your favorite seasoning (I like Cajun seasoning on my corn).
