Air Fryer Chickpeas Recipe

Air Fryer Chickpeas are a crisp healthy vegan snack that will cure those crispy salty cravings. Air fried chickpeas are quick, easy and taste great as a snack or on top of salads.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce Canned Chickpeas (aka Garbonzo Beans)
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Favorite Seasoning (I like Cajun)
  • Salt - if needed

Instructions

    1. Drain and rinse chickpeas completely. Dry chickpeas using a paper towel.
    2. Toss chickpeas in oil and seasoning. Salt to taste, keep in mind the salt content in your preferred seasoning.
    3. Transfer to greased air fryer basket.
    4. Air fry at 400ºF for 10-15 minutes or to desired crispness (watch carefully after the 10 minute mark). Shake once during cook time.
    5. Serve immediately. (These don’t keep very well because they lose their crispness)
