Breakfast Hash Recipe
This air fryer breakfast hash is great because you don’t have to babysit it while it cooks like skillet hash. Par cook the potatoes then cook the sausage and potatoes to desired crispness. Easy-Peasy.

- Mini Gold Potatoes
- Oil
- Salt/Pepper
- Orange Bell Pepper
- Red Bell Pepper
- Yellow Onion
- Sweet Italian Ground Breakfast Sausage
How To Cook Breakfast Hash In An Air Fryer
- Toss potatoes in oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to greased air fryer basket, air fry at 400ºF for 8 minutes.
- Add peppers, onions, sausage, salt and pepper to air fryer basket. Toss with potatoes. Air fry at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until desired crispness of potatoes and sausage.

- 1½ Lbs Mini Gold Potatoes - quartered
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- Pinch Salt/Pepper
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper - seeded, chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper - seeded, chopped
- 1/2 Yellow Onion - chopped
- 1 Lb Sweet Italian Ground Breakfast Sausage - broken into crumbles
Instructions
- Toss potatoes in oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to greased air fryer basket, air fry at 400ºF for 8 minutes.
- Add peppers, onions, sausage, salt and pepper to air fryer basket. Toss with potatoes. Air fry at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until desired crispness of potatoes and sausage.
Notes
Feel free to add your favoprite spice blend for more flavor.
I prefer my potatoes and sausage extra crisp so I cook 4-5 minutes extra.
