SAUSAGE AND ZUCCHINI IN AIR FRYER
SAUSAGE AND ZUCCHINI IN AIR FRYER is a go-to option for busy weeknights, meal prep, or low-carb eating. A satisfying, nutritious dinner in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 Lb Sausage Links - sliced into 1" rounds (I use Aidells)
- 2 Large Green Zucchini - sliced into half moons
- Oil
- Salt/Pepper
- Sauce/Seasoning of choice (optional)
Instructions
Spray air fryer basket with oil. Preheat to 400ºF.
Toss zucchini with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Add sausage.
Transfer zucchini and sausage to preheated air fryer basket.
Air fry for 8 minutes. Flip sausage and zucchini then air fry at 450ºF for 5-8 minutes or until desired texture of zucchini.*
Add preferred sauce or seasoning the last 1-2 minutes of cook time.
Notes
If you prefer crisp/charred zucchini and sausage air fry at 450ºF the entire time.
