The air fryer is in my option, the best method for cooking meatballs. The meatballs remain round, juicy and tender.
The air fryer ensures the meatballs are cooked through without drying out. Perfect for dipping in your favorite sauce, serving over pasta, or enjoying on their own.
Recipe Tips:
- Use ground chicken with at least 7% fat content. Leaner meat can result in dry meatballs.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Leave space between the meatballs for proper air circulation and browning. Cook in batches if needed.
